Is there any way to delete all note spacing changes made to multiple individual notes? Changes made via littles squares can be deleted at once selecting all of them (hold+drag mouse), but I can’t find the way to select all little circles at once.

Filter for all notes and chords in Write mode, then switch to Engrave mode, and deactivate the ‘Voice column X offset’ property in the Note Spacing group of the panel.

I found this topic as I was about to create one.
It seems that “Reset Note Spacing” resets all the square handles, but not the circular ones. Is that by design? It feels like it ought to reset both, since both are “note spacing.”

Yes, it’s by design. I believe you can use Reset Position to reset the Voice column X offset property.
