I haven’t been able to find any info on this. Can I have multiple time signatures in a given project - for example: 3 measures of 4/4, then a measure of 5/4, then back to 4/4?

You can only define one time signature for the Cubasis project.
However a “Tempo Track” function is on our list for a future update.
Only workaround for now is to create a MIDI click track and work with that.
