Multiple track selection - sequential output reassign?

I need to select 16 MIDI tracks and reassign their channel outputs (sequentially) from 1 to 16. Trick?

I’m aware that SHIFT-OPT (Mac) will assign all selected tracks to the same channel, but that’s not what I need.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

To make a sequential assignment: 1-2-3, use Shift modifier. This works for example if you want to assign In-1, In-2, In-3 or Out-1, Out-2, Out-3 for the selected Audio tracks at once. The same works even in the Audio Connections window.

But, unfortunately this doesn’t work to setup the MIDI Channels or MIDI Output Ports (in general in the MIDI tracks). It’s an known issue (which makes myself really crazy).

Yeah, this would be a very welcome feature.

Hi,

Since Cubase 13, at least the Q-Link works. So you can hold Alt+Shift and set the same MIDI Channel of multiple MIDI Tracks at once.

But the sequential reassignment is missing.
