Multiple users for Dorico 5

I am using Dorico 5 with the new acivation process not the USB elicencer.
I have followed the instructions to use the setting in the new activation manager to activate it for all users.

It works fine in my account.

But switching to my wife’s account on the same PC, Dorico loads but gives me the following message

An essential component used by Dorico for playback has not been found

Please run the Download assistant and install the following
HALion Sonic SE3 - content
Indian drum basics
Groove agent SE 5 - content
Olympus Choir Micro
Ionica Sketch

These are already installed somewhere, they work fine in my account for both Dorico and Cubase.

How do I make these available on her account?
Do I have to do another install within her account? This seems wasteful of disk space.

Thanks

I guess you have been following the Multiuser Administration Guide, but a Dorico license is user bound. In such an environment you need a separate license per user, you can not share one license with several users (even if it is your wife). To activate it for another account you need a new Download Access Code (DAC).

You can activate your license on up to three different devices, but still under one single user account.

This is probably because you installed everything with your user account, so these products got the permissions from your account.

I guess for a real Multiuser setup you need another license, but to get a definitive answer on this I think @dspreadbury needs to answer this.
