When inputting a dynamic at the ‘end’ of the bar (that is, in the following bar but appearing before the barline), it breaks any multirest that would otherwise start at that bar. See example attached
Is there a way for me to consolidate the four bars of rest into a single multirest, without manually replacing the peak crescendo dynamic into the previous bar and dragging it around in engrave mode? It would be quite a time sink, as I have dozens of examples like this in the parts of my current orchestral project.
I couldn’t find any info about this problem in the guides or on the forum.
