MusicXML and Multimeasure rests

Hi all.
Managed to open some orchestral parts made in Finale in 2002 to export as MusicXML in to Dorico (latest update).
I have to work with a lot of details after importing, but instead of showing the original multimeasure rests the parts show all the empty bars separately.
I could do some research but as this is such a good forum I want to ask for a quick way to bring back the multimeasures again. Everything else I know how to work with.

Oh Brother!

Found it immediately myself! It was considering the XML as a Score.
When I separated the part from the single line “score”, GOT IT.

The setting is a Layout option>Players>Bar-rests and mulitbar rests. The default for Full scores is off, and for parts, the default is to consolidate multibar rests. :wink:
