In the definition of musicxml, the note element has an attribute: print-object which can be yes or no.
In some musicxml editing programs this is used to make a note visible or not.
I am using this to simplify scores without deleting the notes, so that I can make them visible again when I want.
It seems that Dorico doesn’t support this feature. Notes with the print-object attribute set to ‘no’ are not imported when opening a musicxml file.
Also I didn’t find an option to hide or make a note invisible.
Am I correct?
