Interesting. I await your findings.
Sorry for not reading the whole thread but just wanted to throw in or reiterate graphics driver issues? You are running the latest driver for your motherboard (I think you said, you’re running integrated graphics, right?)?
M.
There’s a power scheme option in the Cubase prefs, none of you have that enabled I presume?
What should the power scheme be set for?
My Intel onboard graphics is the only one I’m using
The power scheme was always checked
I finally found the solution to why my Dell 32inch curved monitor goes black at times and the issue becomes that you must have the correct onboard UHD Intel 750 graphics board with the correct driver. There are other 750 drivers by Intel that are newer but they do not work properly with the 2024 correct version. My suggestion is to always go to the control panel to your devices where you will find your graphics board. From that point always check for updates and not search around for drivers on the Internet. This way you will be assured you are downloading the proper driver for yourgraphics board
So therefore I had my computer on for 14 hours straight with no blackouts and my problem has been solved Thank you all for chiming in

Hey there, I totally get where you’re coming from because I had the same issue with my computer. Every so often, for no reason at all, my monitor would just shut down out of the blue. The screen would go black and stay that way. What worked for me was disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable or using the key combination of Win+Ctrl+Shift+B. I tried installing different drivers, but nothing seemed to work. Eventually, I decided to go ahead and buy a new graphics card, and wouldn’t you know it, the problem just vanished!
Yes there are other solutions and I’ve tried them all except for purchasing another graphics card. Having the correct drive was my solution maybe some other members will just happen to try it and see what happens
Thanks for getting back
