Hey I just bought a Neumann studio monitor, when I plug my xlr cable into my left main output it works fine but every time I try to plug it into the right output my monitor won’t generate any sound, is there something I can do so my monitor work on both ends or do this means that my right output port is somehow damaged although I haven’t plug anything else to it yet, I will be very thankful if someone could help me on this issue, best regards.
