There is no conceivable way anyone will be able to assist you without a lot more information about your issue(s).
Please add information about your:

  • Your system. (PC/Mac, computer specs, OS version, etc)
  • Version and edition of Cubase
  • Audio interface and ASIO driver

Also add information describing the issue in more detail as well as what you have done so far to try and fix it. Describe your audio routing and setup in Audio Connections Window as well as physical connections.
