My Cubase 11 Pro Free trial isn't showing up in my Redeemed Product tab

Cubase 11 Pro isn’t showing up under the ‘Redeemed Product’ tab in the Steinberg Download Assistant, I’ve worked out it isn’t a hardware fault and I’ve used my Activation code. It showed up under the ‘Redeemed Product’ tab before but now it’s gone and when it download it under the ‘Cubase’ tab it just returns an unknown error. Does anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it?

If by that you mean you have the license in your eLc,

you can just ignore the Redeemed Product thingy, and just select what you want to download. No license is needed to download anything actually, just to run it.
