My eLicenser died

My E-Licenser is BLANK with no entries at all

I cannot load up Cubase 6, obviously


Any recovery methods ?

Are you sure it’s completely fried?
I would imagine if the e-licenser’s memory couldn’t be read (but it was detected) that the e-licenser control center would throw an error.

You could try it in another USB port.
Also make sure that your e-licenser control center is up to date.

If it still doesn’t work, contact support.
Your licenses are not lost.

After submitting a report, I tried reinstalling the same version of the eLincenser on top of itself.


THAT WORKED

one of the licenses needed recovery and then all is well, they are all functional again
