I love this one - a quick F2, drag the range, then type the Key Command combination of choice (I’ve somehow awkwardly picked CTRL-SHIFT-ALT-R, but hey, it works!), et voila, the Punch In and Punch Out points are exactly where I want them, with minimal fuss!
Before this I was typing numbers in, etc., it was such a headache.

Yes, it’s extremely convenient. I use it all the time, and I do use the Nudge→Loop Range Left/Right too.
In fact, I have it setup a bit complicated. I assigned to my 16 pads on my controllers, the numbers 1 up to 16, These are the numbers of bars I want to nudge the range. At the same time, I have a dedicated button to set the range length to the selected number of bars. This way, I never have to split parts when I record and I don’t stop on-time. It’s close enough to my workflow, which is mostly about recording 4-8-9-16 bars. I also have assigned the cycle markers commands for directly navigating to the area I need. This way, my rather simple arrangements, become structures of “sequences” (MPC term) and I never have to worry about mouse dragging ranges. And then Duplicate/Copy/Paste become even easier, at least for me.
