My Kronos Keyboard not recognize by cubase

My Kronos works as a keyboard master and plays the instruments as halion 6 when they are alone ( autonomy mode) but don’t works when the same instrument is in cubase ( for record a instrument file for exemple)
Someone can help me ?

Hi,

Which MIDI Input do you have selected?

How is the Studio > Studio Setup > MIDI Ports Setup?

How is the Preferences > MIDI > MIDI Filter? Only SysEx is filtered out by default.

Hi,

All the MIDI Messages are filtered out. Disable all the filters but SysEx, please.
