My licences dissapeared

In short - I’m not an IT guy, I am a composer, I suppose, Steinberg is doing stuff for those like me, isn’t?
I changed my SSD, so everything is from the very beginning, but oh my, I was not expecting it could be SO hard. At My Profile, Download Assistant Manager, nowhere I can’t find my licenses for Cubase 12 and Wave Lab though I was working with it for 2 years. I downloaded new E-Licenser, followed every step of Help Center. Actually, it is humiliating - I payed money and now I’m facing the fact that without support (which is somewhere in the air) I can’t control my own products.
Please, I need help, I have to finish very important work and I cannot open my files. And it’s VERY URGENT.

Well, if your licenses were from the old soft elicenser (no USB key) and/or the new Steinberg license system, you will need to reactivate everything (because you changed the SSD). What wavelab version do you have?

I have USB elicenser key. Wave Lab 11.2 Pro. As well as Cubase 12 Pro. I would be happy to reactivate but I can’t find my licenses for them in my account, only the old Cubase AI (because I bought Steinberg soundcard in 2019). this is my one and only account.

And Steinberg Activation Manager says “No License Found”

Cubase 12 never used elicenser, so you can’t find it there. You need to check your account here:

Wavelab 11.2 can be used from elicenser or the new license system. You need to check your account.

Could you maybe have two Steinberg account logins, and you’ve logged into the wrong account?
