Dear Cubase User,
I’m sorry to ask silly question.
I have steinberg UR22. It’s bundled with Cubase 7.
It works fine … until i got my computer reinstalled.
Because of my unknowledge about reactivation,
i delete my hardware registration, and then having new a hardware registration.
Unfortunately my UR 22 is sucessfuly registrated but my Cubase isn’t.
Can you guys help me regarding this situation,
What should i do. I’ve contact my distributor here, but until now they have no feedback.

Contact support or if you already have, wait a day man. You have an account obviously. It usually takes a day or two to get a new activation code. You might have requested one in advance of reinstalling your OS.
I may be the only one, but I have never had a delay with registering new computer with Steinberg.

Did you get Cubase 7 or Cubase AI7?
Licesens can’t get deleted once they are inside a USB-eLicenser (e.g. Cubase 7). If you got Cubase AI7 you might need to reactivate the license. Go to MySteinberg and go to “Re-activation”. Before this check your eLicenser Control Center to see if you got there your license or not.
