I’m Sungmin LEE, from South Korea
I bought a audio interface UR12 and I got an access code.
So I downloaded the Cubase 10 AI on my PC, Windows 10
But after I started license activation, suddenly my computer is broken…
So I format my Windows 10 and installed windows 10 again.
Also I installed Cubase 10 AI again.
But I cannot start license activation and reactivation…
Nothing is registered in my software information at ‘My Products’ in homepage
How can I get new licenser for reactivation???
please help me
