My MR faulty

Hi i have a mr816x and channel 2 is very noisy , i think the channel blown if i turn down the channel in the mr editor the noise goes but i cannot use the channel . i have checked all cables and wiring and this channel makes a noise with no equipment plugged in , is there a repair centre in the uk ?

I had a fault with an MR a couple of years ago and it had to be sent to Germany in its original packaging.

Check with Steinberg support.

sent steinberg a support form last week and still have not had a response what i should do?
