My PC Sound Isn't Working While Using Dorico, Even When I Close the Program

I just downloaded and Installed Dorico Elements Trial version and go the sound to work. However, sound in other programs wouldn’t work after Halion SE gave me an error message, even after I closed Dorico.
Please Help!
