I’m moving Cubase to a new laptop. In my account under products, Cubase Elements 10 is listed. I downloaded the Download Assistant and under My products is Cubase AI 11 and Cubase AI 15. How do I proceed from here?

I assume that you don’t have a USB eLicenser right? In this case, you would have to buy the update to Cubase Elements 15 because Cubase 10 is no longer supported under the new licensing system. Since the old servers are down new Soft eLicenses can’t be generated anymore. Sorry!
