MY PRODUCTS NOT SHOWING CUBASE 9.5

I recently purchased Cubase Pro 9.5 and I registered it via the software and also through the eLicenser Control Center and it is working fine. However, when I go online to My Products inside MySteinberg, it does not show the product as being one of the products that I own. Does anyone have a solution for this or is there something I should be doing that I am not doing?

Try “maintenance” and “update eLicenser License Update” in the support tab of the eLicenser Control Center.
