Hello sir. i wanted to ask something. Why my ur22cc Isn’t listed in my windows 10 device? I’ve been trying to connect with cubase,Fl studio etc, I can see the device connected in my daw,But not all of it and it doesn’t make a sound. and it’s really annoyed me, i tried to uninstall all of the software and daw Steinberg provide me. Still doesn’t make any sound.
USB port is working? The cable is working?

If windows is not recognizing the interface at all, there could be something wrong with your computer. You have to check that first…
I honestly don’t know how to check it, I’m not that kind of tech guy. Maybe my pc need an update, Still I don’t know how to do it properly.
