Mysterious time signature

I have a time signature that I cannot get rid of. Here is a cutdown snippet. That 3/4 signature at the end will not go away.

If I select it to try to hide it using the properties panel the 3/4 at the start highlights also, and ‘hide time signature hides only the one at the beginning

If I change a barline to double repeat it does this:

TimeSigProblem.dorico (2.2 MB)

Any ideas about what is going on and how to fix it?

It is a cautionary time signature because your repeat goes right back to the beginning, which is in 3/4.
You can turn off the cautionary in Notation Options>Repeats… Do not track.
