I am looking for a keyboard sound/effect that I have heard on a few tracks but can’t work out what it is.
It is almost like a sequencer but I thnk it was originally done on a Hammond.
It appears in the Talk Talk track ‘I Dont Believe in You’ in the intro and chorus

Also, Pink Floyd used it a couple of times,
for example, at the end of Another Brick in The Wall (Part 3)

Any ideas?

That would be Steve Winwood on the Talk Talk track, so it must be a Hammond.
(It is credited as “Steve Winwood - Organ” and notice how heroically I have avoided the obvious “Private Eye” style bad jokes) :laughing:
