Understood. When I double click on a template here I get the project location window followed by the template opening up as expected. I see both you and @fourtwoeight are on Mac. I’m on Windows 11. Have you tried this in safe start mode?

Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.4; my templates work as expected, Project Setup window not appearing.

[image] KT66: Have you tried this in safe start mode? Just tried that and launched Nuendo with the default factory settings and the issue persists. Still can’t open neither built in nor user templates :slightly_frowning_face:

MacOs Tahoe 26.4 The templates open without any problems

On my Mac Studio (macOS Tahoe) there is no problem opening templates, but on my MacBook Pro (Intel) macOS Sequioa no templates open… Does anyone have a solution?

So far there is not solution or fix. One thing all people with that issue have in common is, that they are on macOS Sequoia. That’s our only hint so far. The templates can however still be opened manually by navigating to the template folder directly.
