How do I stop N8.2 from opening 2 instances of the program on the initial launch?

As far as I know, it’s not possible to run 2 Nuendo instances of the same Nuendo version at one time. How do you know, there 2 instances, please?
This is how.
It looks like it’some kind of glitch in my Xkeys controller which is causing it. When I launched from the icon on the desk top, this didn’t happen.
Oh wow, I have never seen this.
