After the purchase, I got stuck updating the Midi keyboard firmware, there is no USB Type-C in the computer, I connect the USB Type-C wire to the USB Type-A, connect the charger to the second keyboard port to supply power to the keyboard. If you don’t have a USB Type-C port on your computer either, share the link to the wire that connects the keyboard to the computer. Or is it that I just don’t have the Komplete Kontrol S49 MK3 DFU driver? Then where can I get it? I have Native Access 2 installed, but the Komplete Kontrol S49 MK3 DFU is still missing. I have Windows 11 (H22).
That is the wrong place to ask for help with Native Instruments stuff…
