In PT you can have your cursor/select range follow the beginning of your range selection (even if it’s just a single location, like to split an event). this is very essential for super fast editing, really speeds things up. Basically it’s a “Locator At Selection” thing. I read that it might only be in Nuendo, which would be heartbreaking since it looks like Nuendo’s always way behind Cubase aside from some post-specific features (I don’t do post editing or conforming, etc… I’m a composer) and it’s also a LOT more money!
