I can not find this in the manual.
I have an extra mackie extender that I use as a generic controller. All of the buttons work and are easily assignable to whatever I need. I’ve also connected an old faderport in the same manner but also with the same issue.
The faders and rotory pots do not work.
When I use learn mode, faders come back as UNKNOWN. Pots come back as controller.
Faders are erratic and unusable
Pots will only work in one direction, if I move backwards, they reset to zero on the first click.
What are my options?
I’m looking at a couple of other remote devices right now but I’m hesitating buying them because of what’s happening with the mackie.
Any advice would be really appreciated
