Need help getting Sound

Hi all,

I recently purchased a Steinburg UR 22 MKII. I’ve been trying to get sound while playing guitar, but no luck so far. Can anyone help me out? This is what I have so far:

Signal chain:

  1. Guitar into input 2 on the Steinburg (using a standard guitar cable)
  2. Steinburg stereo out into my amplifier (Pioneer A-333)

I’ve set all my inputs and outputs to the steinburg using the VSTaudio system (Under studio > studio setup >VST audio system), which looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/PmnCi4W and https://imgur.com/a/0B8UplL. I see sound coming in while playing and I also see the blue/green bar going up, indicating that a signal is going out: https://imgur.com/a/T7KqDzK. However, my speakers remain silent.

I’ve tried both the Hi-Z button turned on and off. I’ve also tried downloading Asio4all and selecting my speakers directly, but no luck there.

Could you share a screenshot of your Audio Connections > Outputs settings, please?
