That’s an improvement. I have a Steinberg > OSX folder in Downloads which is where that folder and several others reside. Where should those go?
Please try running Steinberg Library Manager, and see what it shows for HALion Symphonic Orchestra. Does it appear in the list of installed libraries on the HALion tab?
(Steinberg Library Manager is already installed on your computer: you can run it from the Applications folder, or via Spotlight.)
