Hi, I recently bought myself cubase pro 13 as cubase was the closest to logic I could find and I have installed the software and am having issues with my loops, midi drums etc with it saying I dont have the required license I have tried calling support and my call never gets put through this is really annoying and am already regretting spending so much on a software which seems to not wanna work. Any suggestions?

What kind of loops and MIDI Drums do you refer to, please?
All content, which is part of Cubase license, is under the Cubase folder in the Steinberg Donwload Assistant.
Or are you even talking about some 3rd party?
Hi, I am trying to just use some rock drum loops, I have reset my pc due to it being clogged as its also used for my university work and gaming and needed a reset if this issue persists I will attempt to attach screenshots. I am using content from the steinberg download assistant :D, ty for replying so fast 
As should be viewable here, the metal loops for instance dont allow me to use them even though I have the pro version and got them directly from the download assistant

Quit Cubase and start Steinberg Download Assistant. This should install the latest MediaBay component, which should fix this issue.
Ironically I launched it as admin which seemed to fix before i noticed the email dunno if it was accidently opening it as an admin but happy days :D, thank you for all the help :D, have a lovely day
