The manual of the interface says that he needs a 12v CA to have enough power to run fully, but also says that the usb type c is enough to run it correctly, but I don’t know if the usb that came with the box is 3.0 or 3.1 (this is what he need). I want to kwno if I need to buy a 12v AC or a USB 3.1 in case that mine is not that one. Thanks.
You need to get usb-c to usb-c cable if you want to run it without the power supply.
You can try but the included (usb-a) cable probably won’t supply enough power.
The power supply should be in the box…
