Need Help with Padshop Pro Upgrade Installation

I just purchased the upgrade to Pro:

Padshop Pro Upgrade from Padshop (Basic Upgrade)
LICENSE KEY: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
Padshop_Update_1.1.0.134_Installer_win.exe

When I run it, the installer tells me Padshop is already installed.
That, of course, is true.
Is the Upgrade file in My Steinberg correct?

I sent a message to support and am awaiting an answer.

Hi,

I did not have to update anything. I only authorized, then the Pro features showed up.

Thanks for reply. I tried to find it in my products to authorize/activate, but it wasn’t there and also didn’t show up in e-licenser. Maybe it takes awhile.

You must have got an activation code. This you havt to type in the elicenser application do download your license
