I bought a new UR 22 MK II Recording Pack.
Registered on the steinberg site.
I tried to install CUBASE AI on my computer (WINDOWS 7).
But there were problems, the program required to install the AERO theme, I set it, but the program did not open.
I installed the new Windows 8.1.
Cubase reinstalled, but eLecinser does not see my license. Requires a new activation code.
My software, my hardware are indicated on my account in My Steinberg, but when I reinstall, I am asked for a new activation code. I don’t understand where to get it.

If you Cubase has been activated in Windows 7 already go thru the Reactivation process, please.
