Need Synth recommendation for vintage Hollywood small orchestra sounds

I’m working on a project, and they want the sound of vintage Hollywood small orchestras. Examples are “Misfits” from Rudolph and Hal Roach style background music for little rascals. Any suggestions for where to get my sounds would be appreciated. Is Halion strong on this? Are there other better options? Thanks.

Sorry I’m a bit late.
The YT clip sounds like a brass-less orchestra, just strings and woodwind.
The HALion Symhonic Orchestra (99 Euros) is pretty good. I always think of it a smaller orchestra than say, EW’s Hollywood Orchestra.
