NEK install?

Installed from the DVD and everything seems to be working fine in Nuendo 5.0
Downloaded the 5.5 version of Nek, installed but I get a Loopmash 2 error on launch.
HalionOne can’t find it’s sounds, bunch of stuff messed up.
The error says the EL doesn’t contain a valid lic for loopmash.

Do I need a new activation code from Steinberg for nek 5.5?

Running Nuendo 554 in XP.

I thought the activation code process was fixed back in august of 2011.
Still takes several working days I guess.
