Nektar Panorama CS12 Full Cubase Integration is here!

I got ControlCore 1.1.9 sent by Nektar support a week ago in the hope that it may fix the issues I describe here:

but try as I might (after 50 emails back & forth) I cannot fix the instability with the plugin control mode. It still goes dark on the 12 Controllers + 4 switches and the DATA/MENU controller goes dead after loading a Cubase project or using my KVM (CS12 is on dedicated USB port, there are no USB hubs, CS12 has a separate power supply)

When it works (start windows and cubase fresh, make a new project) plugin control works beautifully and I already have defined several layouts, so easy! My last hope is Cubase 14.0.20 - Nektar support said it solves there Remote MIDI problems.

Interesting file to watch while working (windows) is the ControlCore log file, here:

C:\Users\userName\AppData\Roaming\Nektar\ControlCore\ControlCore.log

Load it in notepad++ and enable automatic updating then you can see when it gets “stuck”. So far I have seen no errors in Cubase Midi Remote console, I wish there was a (and asked for) “verbose” mode in the CS12 that shows more detail. I wonder if there is a debugger for the MIDI Remote API that can be attached to Cubase?
