Nektar25 Midi Keyboard plays wrong keys on virtual keyboard in Halion SE3

When I press a key on my Nektar midi keyboard, a different key is played on the virtual keyboard in Halion Sonic SE3. How do I fix this? many thanks.

Check you haven’t pressed the transpose buttons on the Nektar.
