Hello, I recently had to format my laptop, so I had to re-install Cubase AI 10. Some time ago I bought ur22 mkii, which gave me with software. Now I can’t seem to find a way to re-activate my software, because to do so requires a new elicenser which I cannot acquire since I need a new activation code which I cannot acquire either. When I enter my old activation code in the elicenser control center I get a message, that says that the activation code is used already (duh). I cannot seem to find how in god’s name can I get a new activation code for my product. Honestly, it’s very frustrating and at the moment I deeply regret buying a Steinberg product.
