I tried to reinstall Cubase on my computer when I reinstalled the OS. My issue is that when I try to reactivate the serial number, Cubase doesn’t even show up on the “Software” tab on mySteinberg account.
I got Cubase by buying a UR22 online. Does this mean I don’t have access to a new activation code?
Also, I’ve already tried the reactivation method that is cited on the FAQ- and it didn’t work.
I’d be more than happy if someone can address this problem and give me a hand.
