New computer install issues Cubase Elements

Hello!

I got a new MacBook Pro and want to install my Cubase Elements 11. I used to be on a windows computer. When I put in my activation code in the Soft licenser I get the message you see in the attached file. I don’t understand what to do so I hope you can help me. The message talk about an “upgrade”, could that be the problem? I upgraded from Elements 10 some time ago. I tried putting in the activation code for Elements 10 but got the same message. ok, thanks!

Hi,

It seams your last Activation Code was some update/upgrade license. But you don’t need the Activation Code at all. Just go thru the Reactivation process, please.
