New computer - Trying to re-install Cubase AI 10

Hi, I’ve got a new laptop. I’m trying to download and install Cubase AI 10 and all the plug ins etc. I cant activate the old software. Where am I going wrong.? I phoned support today but I ran out of time and they shut. My main problem is I can’t get a new software licence key? It’s an old one and I cant proceed with software re-activation.

Ok, so I go to the software reactivation page in My Steinberg.
I open elicencer control ceter.
The code in Elicencer is the same code in My Steinberg.
I’ve registered it already.

So no luck

Maybe you missed a step. The process works.

I’ve followed the instructions.
I get to the reactication page in My Steinberg.
It asks for New soft elicencer number.
I open elicencer control centre.
Copy the registration code.

But the code is the same?
Old and new soft Elicencer codes are the same.

What am I doing wrong

Please provide a new Soft-eLicenser number.

Where do I get the new soft elicencer number.
I’ve uninstaller and reloaded elicencer program.
The number is always the same

So I followed a link to sort elicencer problems and I got a new code finally
