downloaded cubase 11 upgrade on a new computer but can not open it when I click create. And now I cant find my original cubase 9.5 pro on my usb e licenser. Does the upgrade not work as I did not have the 9.5 downloaded… please help
You mean you bought the update? from 9.5 to 11?
(were you on the old forum? I seem to remember a marky from there. You can request to merge the accounts)
yes I was on the old forum, a long time ago. probably with the same sort of question when I last downloaded. yes I have bought the update of cubase 11 and downloaded it but will not open. I downloaded my cubase 9.5 and that opens ok. thanks for the reply
