Hi, I have done a search and couldn’t find an answer to my particular problem, so here goes:
I have just bought and downloaded Cubase 10 Pro, (download) with activation number, and usb e-licenser (box). Please See attachment.
I cannot open the programme until I have activated the licence and this isn’t showing up and is asking for a dongle. Does this mean that I have to wait for the dongle to arrive in the post before I can use the software. I have been going round and round in circles and am so worked up with frustration. Is this really this difficult or am I missing something. Do I really have to wait til it arrives in the post before I can use this software?
Yes, you need the USB-elicenser to use the software.
