I recently had to upgrade to the current eLicenser to support my new (Dell 2n1) computer, and it seems to be functioning just fine. However, I noticed that the red indicator light in the new eLicenser dims and brightens on an approximately 1 1/2 second cycle.
Is this the expected operation, or is this indicating some kind of problem?
(At very least, it is a bit distracting.
