Actually looking at a printed score from an earlier version of Cubase where the time signature is as prominent as the C is for common time. The ones I have now are pretty insignificant.
So I go to the manual that says all elements can have their own font setups. But I can’t seem to get to the right place to see this. Am I in the wrong place?
That’s the earlier version. Are you working on C14?

I wonder why in the posts creation there is an option to show which Cubase and I check 13 as that is what I have. But apparently there is no point if it doesn’t show to viewers.
