The opening hours and the availability of the support team in Hamburg will change with the turn of the year.
Starting on January 6th, phone support will be available as follows (Central European Time):
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as usual from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00
Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 to 13.00
All other support resources (e-mail via MySteinberg, forum and knowledge base) remain available 24/7 of course.
