Parts 2 and 3 (“Factories” and “Circuits”) will follow soon.

Konrad,
I always enjoy your work-and your gift for portraying images with sound. The horns in the opening and closing, the way you had the theme (and the ‘chugging’ of the train) appear in various instrumental textures throughout, your main theme which is both angular and melodically tuneful at the same time-beautifully done. Really looking forward to the next 2 movements ![]()
@laughreyg, I really appreciate your kind words! I had some self-doubt about this one.
Thank you!
Konrad,
Your self doubts were unnecessary here-believe me. You have a real gift for painting pictures with sound. Thanks so much for sharing your work! I’m really looking forward to the rest of the trilogy ![]()
I subscribe to your Youtube channel. The visuals you selected for this piece are a great match for your great score. Well done!
Thank you, my friend! I was going to send you that but hate to bug people too much. ![]()
I am in agony over the next movement: A dozen partial ideas but nothing has gelled yet.
Take heart, my friend. The ‘Bat’ piece tone poem I posted awhile back took me several months to work out; it kind of evolved along the way until it felt ‘right.’ You’ll figure it out-and it’ll be great ![]()
