New option on w11 26H2 : Optimizations for windowed games

I just discovered this new (?) setting in w11 26H2, in System>Display>Graphics

And it is On.
Is it of any usage on my PC without games, just Cubase 15,
No GPU but a Intel Core Ultra 7 270K with its iGPU and last drivers ?

I am tempted to turn it off ?

This is not new, it already existed in 25H2 or even maybe earlier.

I do not play any kind of games, so I switched it off and I see no issues.
